The mixed cut sampler includes ground meat, chops, shanks, and a roast (or equivalent). This is a great choice if you are new to goat/lamb meat and want to experiment with various recipes before you feel confident ordering custom cuts for a whole lamb/goat.
Ground meat packs are good if your family loves burgers and you’re looking for a healthier choice over beef. Ground meat is also a versatile choice for pasta dishes, tacos, or chili.
Stew and curries are a traditional way to prepare goat/lamb meat in Mediterranean, African, European, South American and many other cultures, so choose stew meat if you want to get back to your roots with comfort food.
Order ahead and sample packs will be available to pick up on farm.
Each of these choices is essentially 1/3rd-1/5th of a whole sheep/goat (~5-8 lbs). Exact weights are approximate but we’ll make sure you get your money’s worth.
